Peter has over 25 years of experience working as a Talent Developer to both the public and private sectors.
Peter has worked with Managing Directors and members of the Senior Management Team in sectors such as retail, hi-tech, financial services and charity organisations UK wide. His expertise is vast and includes the delivery of restructuring, training and governance issue projects. Working with SME’s and large leading National organisations has provided a wealth of experience and his clients include sector leading companies in educational leadership, farming and meat/food processing, engineering groups, manufacturing and distribution, bespoke design engineering, waste disposal and oil service companies.
Peter enjoys working with individuals who are either the Director or Owner of their company, those who are new to or are aspiring members of the Board and anyone looking to develop their knowledge of themselves as people and their skills as leaders through the use of psychometric and valuemetric profiling tools. Peter is accredited and trained to use the Team Management Profile (TMP) the Margerison & McCann behavioural profiling tool (of TMSDI), and the valuemetric profiling tools of Innermetrix Inc., particularly Organisational Health Check (360degree), DISC, Values and Leadership Attribute. He is a qualified Management Consultant, a Member of the Institute of Consulting, part of the Chartered Management Institute. He is also experienced in the use of Prince2.
